Use the form below to report non-outage hazards or safety concerns. Please note that this is NOT for outage reporting and should only be used to report recognized hazards or public safety concerns related to Owen Electric Cooperative's electrical distribution system.

Is your power out?
If yes, you can report the outage on your account using the member portal, the OEC Mobile app or calling (800) 372-7612.
Use your service address if the issue is on your property. If not on your property, enter the nearest address, road name or intersection so that we can locate it.
DO NOT GO NEAR A DOWNED POWER LINE. If you have a photo of the issue or can take one at a safe distance, you may upload it here.
