ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA — Touchstone Energy® is pleased to recognize 26 member cooperatives that received the top five American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) scores for energy utility services among all cooperatives participating in measurement for Touchstone Energy in 2025.
The top five scores in that period ranged from 91 to 95, which compares favorably with electric cooperatives’ annual average score of 76, as reported in the syndicated 2025 ACSI Energy Utility Study.
Receiving ACSI scores is a Touchstone Energy membership benefit. Many of the co-ops being recognized this year received their scores by using member satisfaction survey options free to all Touchstone Energy members, such as The Cooperative Advantage Report, ACSI DIY, ACSI SHiNE, and the ACSI Level 2 Survey.
